Introduction:
Limited oxygen index tester is suitable for measuring the minimum oxygen concentration in oxygen and nitrogen mixture to maintain the combustion of the sample under specified test conditions. This analyzer uses imported paramagnetic oxygen sensor and is equipped with imported mass flow controller, which is accurate and durable. It is used to evaluate the combustion performance of homogeneous solid materials, laminated materials, foam materials, soft films and films under specified conditions.
Technical parameter:
1. Imported paramagnetic oxygen concentration sensor, no service life limit.
2. Equipped with high temperature resistant quartz glass cylinder, outlet inner diameter 40mm.
3. Equipped with sample holders that can support samples and cannot support samples.
4. Mass flow controller, automatically adjusts oxygen and nitrogen gas flow according to the set concentration (unlike float flowmeter, which requires manual adjustment of oxygen and nitrogen flow).
5. Patented gas flow mixing control unit, equipped with nitrogen and oxygen mass flow controllers, accurately controls gas flow.
6. After the oxygen concentration is set on the screen, the PLC LCD touch screen control system automatically adjusts the oxygen concentration according to the set value. Accurate control and convenient.
7. Patented gas mixing chamber ensures more accurate oxygen concentration measurement and more complete mixing of oxygen and nitrogen.
8. Color LCD touch screen displays parameters such as flow, time and experimental results in real time.
9. Dual flow meter and pressure gauge device: accuracy ±1%.
